What You'll Do

  • Support the Programme Manager (PM) in planning, preparing, implementing, and following up on programme activities
  • Help coordinate conferences, meetings, and travel arrangements for selected programmes
  • Represent the PM in engagements with stakeholders, alliances, and networks
  • Draft concise activity reports and social media content
  • Take on event management and broader administrative tasks
  • Support the PM with other reasonable tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10+ and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort with basic tech tools, including online meeting platforms
  • Confident written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience or interest in programme, project, and event coordination
  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Some exposure to managing stakeholders, alliances, or networks
  • A sharp eye for detail, particularly with financial and administrative records
